THE RIGHT DOOR FOR EACH CUSTOMER
Find the right link for every customer moment
Know which link to send, what it lets a customer do and where to find it again. Your Links screen brings these destinations together.
For business owners and teams. Kady can help you along the way.
THE OUTCOME
Send the link that matches the conversation.
"Pay for this", "request a time" and "find your files" need different destinations. Open Links at Stores/links in the selected business to find its payment, package/ticket, Calendar, Form and Flex links, plus its built-in customer destinations. What you can see and manage follows your business access.
| Customer goal | Send this |
|---|---|
| Pay for an offer or contribute | Payment link |
| Buy visits or admission | Package / Sessions or Tickets |
| Request an appointment | Calendar Link |
| Answer questions or sign a form | Form link |
| Choose from several actions | Flex Link |
| Return to their own customer activity | Store profile |
| Enter an amount to pay the business | Store pay direct |
| Authorize the business to use a saved method | Store permissions |
Find, review and share a destination.
- Select the business and open Links. Search by name or URL and choose a type filter. The list defaults to Active; use All statuses to find a paused/expired link or an archived form.
- Use the right manager. Create link offers Payment, Flex Link, Calendar and Form. Packages & Tickets owns package/ticket creation. Form rows offer Open forms screen; package/ticket rows offer Open packages screen.
- Choose QR & share. Copy or share the actual address, download its QR, or use Open to review the customer view. The Open notice explains that you are viewing the page customers see.
- Check availability. Stored links may be published/unpublished, paused or expired; Forms use archive controls. Built-in Store profile, Store pay direct and Store permissions have no separate edit, duplicate or delete action and cannot be unpublished independently.
Store profile: a familiar place to return
Share this as your branded customer portal. Public visitors see your business information and available public actions. Signed-in customers can return to their own bills, recent transactions, appointments, forms, shared Gallery files, messaging and available gift cards/rewards. The page shows what is available for that account; it does not expose other customers' records.
Use it in welcome messages and after-service follow-up. Invite customers to save a phone shortcut so they can find your business again.
Store permissions: consent for a saved payment method
This customer link opens Authorized Payment Method. The customer signs in, reviews the named business and its authorization, enables the authorization, selects an eligible saved card or bank account and chooses Save. The screen explains that the business can automatically charge that selected method for current or future bills without notice, with a notification each time it is used. The customer can return to this page and turn the authorization off.
This is payment-method consent, not staff access or permission to manage your business. Send it with a clear explanation of your payment arrangement. An authorization is not a payment; confirm actual charges in the transaction record. Never ask customers to send card numbers in messages.
Store pay direct: a general payment entry
Use this built-in destination when a customer needs to enter an amount to pay your business. For a named offer with pricing and instructions, create a payment link. For a specific outstanding bill, send that bill's own link so the customer reaches the intended record.
For a quicker in-person checkout, post its QR beside a salon mirror, nail station or barber chair. Customers can scan and start payment on their phones after you agree on the amount. See the Store pay direct QR guide for setup, sign placement and payment checks.
EXAMPLE: A NEW CLIENT AND A RETURNING CLIENT
Give each message the right destination.
A studio's social profile uses a Flex Link with booking, package and intake choices. After the first visit, it sends the client its Store profile link: "Sign in here for your appointments, forms and shared files."
When the client agrees to a future payment arrangement, the studio separately sends Store permissions and explains the authorization. It does not mistake that consent for a paid bill or for access to internal staff screens.
Share the customer address, keep their access personal.
- Copy from QR & share. An editor or merchant manager URL is not the public link to promote.
- Explain the action. Say Request a consultation, Pay this bill, or Open your files so the customer knows what to expect.
- A public URL does not make records public. Sign-in, ownership and folder sharing still decide what each customer can see and do.
- Team permissions are separate. Business settings and the owner's user/access controls determine staff capabilities. The Store permissions customer link does not invite employees.
YOU HAVE HELP
Start with the outcome. Ask Kady for the steps.
Open Kady from your KadePay menu and describe what you want your customer to do. Kady can explain the workflow, help you choose the right tool and guide you through setup.
"Which link should I send a returning customer to see shared files, and which should I send to authorize a saved payment method? Show me where to find each."
Review your settings and customer page before sharing. When an editor offers Create with Kady or writing help, you can work on the draft there too.
