THE OUTCOME

Sell a useful plan for returning.

A package turns several related services into one understandable purchase. Customers know what is included, and your team can see what remains instead of keeping a separate punch card or spreadsheet.

  • Coach: five one-to-one visits purchased together.
  • Salon or studio: a series of treatments with an optional comparison to the regular whole-package value.
  • Workshop organizer: tickets for an event or admission, with availability limits where needed.

Package / Sessions is for redeemable service visits. Tickets is for admission or passes. These are customer offerings; they are separate from any KadePay plan or extra appointment allowance your business buys for its own scheduler.

Set up the offering and its purchase link.

  1. Open the manager. Go to Packages & Tickets and choose Create New > Package / Sessions or Tickets. Links also points to this manager.
  2. Define a package option. Set its description, whole-package price, included session count, availability and regular whole-package value. Add options if customers should choose between bundles. Apply each option's draft before saving the overall page.
  3. For tickets, define admission. Set the ticket price and availability, plus scheduled price changes if needed. Blank or zero availability means unlimited, so use a positive limit when the offering is limited.
  4. Review the customer experience. Set customer questions, tax, fee payer, expiration and pause settings. Check Fees may apply for the current administration-fee details; payment processing fees can also apply. Add a clear heading and follow-up instructions through Appearance and After payment.
  5. Save, review and distribute. Use QR & share to inspect the public purchase page, copy the address or download the QR. Package and ticket links also appear in Stores/links and can be selected as Flex Link destinations.
  6. Sell and track use. Staff can use Sell to collect or request payment for a customer. Review Sales for purchases. Open the customer's profile > Wallet for their packages/sessions, or use the paid bill's pass and redemption controls.

EXAMPLE: FIVE COACHING VISITS

Make the bundle and the remaining visits clear.

A coach normally charges $50 per visit and offers five visits for $200. In the package option, they enter $200 as the package price, 5 included sessions and $250 as the regular whole-package value. These are illustrative amounts before applicable fees or tax.

The coach adds the purchase link to their Flex Link as Buy five coaching visits. After payment, the client has a pass. At each visit, the coach and client open the redemption flow and record the session being used; customers should redeem in front of the vendor.

After two redemptions, three visits remain. The actual pass shows availability. Future appointment dates still need to be arranged in the scheduler.

Keep selling, booking and redemption distinct.

  • Buying does not schedule the visits. Share a Calendar Link or arrange the appointments separately. Do not promise the purchase reserves a particular time.
  • Redemption records use. Opening a pass is not the same as redeeming it. Check the remaining count and confirm only the intended use.
  • Make the offer specific. Explain what is included, how to arrange visits and your applicable terms before sharing. Ask Kady for clearer draft wording, then review it.
  • Edits and copies serve different purposes. Existing purchases retain their recorded details. Duplicate makes a separate offering with its own availability and no copied purchase history.

Use the calendar guide to arrange visits and the Flex Links guide to promote the bundle alongside booking.

YOU HAVE HELP

Start with the outcome. Ask Kady for the steps.

Open Kady from your KadePay menu and describe what you want your customer to do. Kady can explain the workflow, help you choose the right tool and guide you through setup.

"I want to sell five coaching visits for $200. Help me set the whole-package price, included sessions and regular value, then explain sales and redemption."

Review your settings and customer page before sharing. When an editor offers Create with Kady or writing help, you can work on the draft there too.
