FROM SOCIAL INTEREST TO CUSTOMER ACTION
One social link, more ways to become a customer
Give every follower a useful next step. Keep one address in your social profile while your offers, booking options and customer needs change.
For business owners and teams. Kady can help you along the way.
THE OUTCOME
Your social profile needs somewhere useful to send people.
Someone likes your work, but a profile description cannot complete their booking, collect their form or take their payment. A Flex Link gives them a place to choose what they came to do.
It is especially useful when you promote several offers, change campaigns or print a QR that needs to last. Keep the Flex Link's public address in place and update what it opens. You can use it without building a full website.
Link page
Shows a branded page of choices: request a consultation, buy a package, complete a form or visit your store profile.
Redirect
Opens one selected destination directly. Use it for a single campaign, then change that destination when the campaign changes.
Build the destination for your bio or QR.
- Prepare the actions first. Create the payment, Calendar or Form links you need. Packages and tickets are created in Packages & Tickets. You can find these links together in Stores/links.
- Create a Flex Link. Open Links, choose Create link > Flex Link > Create Flex Link and give it an internal name, such as Social bio.
- Choose the behavior. Use Link page for several choices or Redirect for one destination. Redirect must point to a non-Flex destination. Saving a different behavior removes the previously saved behavior's destinations, so review before switching.
- Add clear choices. Use Add existing link to select store links, or Add URL for another appropriate destination. Give each item a useful title, description and button label; add an image if it helps. Apply item drafts and reorder with drag-and-drop or arrow controls.
- Explain the page. For Link page, use Appearance to add an image, heading and short introduction. Ask Kady for draft wording where the editor offers writing help. Keep the most useful customer action near the top.
- Save and check. Unpause when ready, save and open the actual public address. Follow each button and check its destination. The picker can include paused or expired links, so selection alone does not establish availability.
- Place the real address. Copy it from the editor or QR & share. Use a clickable link field in your social profile, a supported story link, an email signature, a message or your website. Download its QR for a counter sign, card or flyer.
EXAMPLE: ONE SALON BIO, THREE NEXT STEPS
Let each visitor choose their next action.
Bloom Studio creates a Link page with Request a consultation leading to its Calendar Link, Buy a treatment package leading to checkout, and Complete your intake leading to its Form.
Its social post says: "See our latest work, then use the link in our profile to request a consultation." The page gives an interested visitor a next step without a long direct-message exchange.
When the studio introduces a seasonal offer, it edits this same Flex Link and changes the featured purchase destination. The bio address and already printed Flex QR can stay the same. Existing customers' purchases and appointments keep their own records.
For a single-purpose flyer, use Redirect to open the promoted offer directly. Later, point that same Flex Link at a new appropriate offer instead of reprinting the QR.
Make the tap count.
- Use customer language. Request a consultation is clearer than Calendar. Buy five visits is more useful than Link 2.
- Put the URL where it can be tapped. Social platforms decide which placements support clickable links. A caption may need to direct people to your profile. Avoid making someone scan a QR displayed on the same phone when you can offer a tappable link.
- Keep the address, maintain the destinations. Paused or expired destinations still need attention. A Flex Link does not override checkout, booking availability, sign-in or sharing permissions.
- Check repeated choices. The editor warns about repeated URLs and lets you review them or save anyway. Keep duplicates only when they help the visitor.
For a direct payment action use the right payment-link type. For customers returning to their own activity, include your Store profile link.
YOU HAVE HELP
Start with the outcome. Ask Kady for the steps.
Open Kady from your KadePay menu and describe what you want your customer to do. Kady can explain the workflow, help you choose the right tool and guide you through setup.
"Help me plan a Flex Link for my salon's social bio with consultation requests, a package offer and intake. Suggest clear button names and the setup steps."
Review your settings and customer page before sharing. When an editor offers Create with Kady or writing help, you can work on the draft there too.
