FOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND TEAMS

Give customers a familiar way back.

Your public page becomes a convenient customer portal with your business name and logo. A phone shortcut makes it easier for customers to find their information and stay connected between visits.

Customers can save a shortcut for every favorite vendor. Yours takes them straight back to your business.

Make it part of your customer welcome.

  1. Share your business page. On the onboarding Live screen, find Your business page and choose Copy link. Send that business link to your customers.
  2. Show them what is inside. Explain how they can return to their bills, appointments, forms and shared files as your business makes those available.
  3. Invite them to save it. Ask customers to open your page on their phone, follow the Home Screen prompt or browser steps, and check that the icon opens your portal.

A SIMPLE WAY TO INTRODUCE IT

"Save our business page to your phone so you can find your appointments, bills and files whenever you need them. Open our link, sign in when asked and add it to your Home Screen."

GOOD TO KNOW

A shortcut for every favorite.

Can I save more than one business?

Yes. Open each vendor's own business page and repeat the steps. You can keep separate icons for your salon, dentist, studio and other vendors, or group them in a folder on your phone.

Will I need to sign in again?

You may be asked to sign in when you open the shortcut, especially the first time or after a session expires. Use the same KadePay account you use with that business to see your own activity.

Why are some sections empty or missing?

Your portal shows the activity available for your account and the tools that business uses. Files appear when the business shares them with you; uploading also needs access. Ask the business if you are expecting an appointment, form or file.

Do I need an app-store download?

You can add the vendor's website from your phone browser without visiting an app store. The shortcut opens the live portal, so you need an internet connection for current information.

What if I closed the shortcut prompt?

You can still add the vendor's page yourself through Safari or Chrome using the steps above. Maybe later delays automatic reminders; Never ask again stops automatic prompts for that vendor in this browser.

How do I remove a shortcut?

Touch and hold its icon and use your phone's remove or uninstall option. Removing the icon keeps your KadePay account and business records in place. You can visit the business link again whenever you need it.
